RS response to COVID-19 outbreakProtecting employee and client health

At RS, we always put the health and safety of people first. We closely follow the guidance from health authorities to reduce to the greatest extent possible the risk of spreading the virus to employees and to the society in general.

Here are some of the measures through which we are protecting our employees and clients/visitors during the Covid-19 outbreak:

  • encouraging social distancing and increased hygiene practices while at work
  • providing sanitizing products to all employees and visitors
  • implementing increased cleaning of offices and common areas
  • avoiding, as much as possible, conferences, meetings with visitors/clients or other employees visiting our offices
  • encouraging communication with colleagues and clients through teleconferences and phone calls
  • keeping employees informed and updated on our policies and procedures as it relates to hygiene, safety, working remotely and business travel

If we become aware that an employee has developed symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, chest pain, sore throat, etc.) and/or had direct or indirect contact with a person with Covid-19, we will immediately implement our isolation and sanitization protocols, which are in line with the local health authorities’ guidance.

The above measures do not replace the obligations enforced by the Quarantine Law and the relevant decrees issued.
